What is NVS?
NVS stands for Navigator Virtual Server, and is a method of partitioning a server so that each partition is allowed to act as a virtual dedicated server. What does this mean to you? You can ensure your Trade Navigator is always streaming and connected to your broker. Each NVS instance runs its own version of Windows 7, has its own bandwidth, disk space, and Trade Navigator. You may log into your NVS from any computer in the world.
With access to your Trade Navigator from any computer that has an Internet connection, this makes traveling while keeping in touch with the markets very easy. No need to carry a laptop from place to place to get access to your Trade Navigator. Using NVS will reduce your home and office energy costs. Genesis also offers month-to-month billing, so you are not committed to a long-term contract.
It is a valuable and essential trading service in the modern internet age. You can focus your time learning or executing your trading technique. The server will be actively maintained and will be finely tuned by the Trade Navigator IT Staff. Remove the fear of losing your home or work Internet connection, and losing money. Be assured your working orders are always active.
Always have access to your NVS through Remote Desktop Connection. The servers are available to access remotely at anytime of day or night. Your VNS will use redundant, hardwired bandwidth connections. You can log in from a Mac, iPad, Notebook, or Desktop to review quotes and charts. Review your open equity or modify orders from any computer.
